Shipping policy

Orders ship in 3-5 days from our studio. Depending on the US region, orders can take anywhere between 1-7 business days to be delivered. If we see any delay for custom orders, we will notify you ASAP. Please visit our wholesale page (Faire) for wholesale shipping information. 

Unopened and undamaged items can be returned within 12 days of receipt (except for sale items). Once we receive the returned item(s), we can issue a refund back to your original payment method minus the cost of shipping.
